The client was facing issues with manual operations, inefficient processes, and limited flexibility. Hence, they wanted to shift their business processes online and build an advanced system that can ease the tax filing process for their customers while helping them streamline their back-office workflows.

Customized UI/UX – We built an engaging user interface for the system keeping in mind the client-facing as well as admin-facing portals. The client-facing portal was designed to make the tax filing easier while the admin and sub-admin portal was designed to allow communication sync as to once the user generates a request, they will receive a notification and they can proceed with further steps.
Automated Tax Filing System – We utilized modern tech stacks, including Angular, .NetCore, HTML, CSS, and Azure for cloud capabilities to build a fully automated tax filing system that is easy to navigate for the users. This system was built to help users file their taxes, check the compiled records of their filings, and enable easy management of users by the admins in the backend.
