Discovery focuses on expansion of business needs and requirements which helps you visualize your MVP, and helps us provide accurate estimate, pricing and timeline for your vision.

Fixed Price Engagements

If you have a defined MVP and high level requirements in place, we provide you with a Fixed Term Fixed Price quotation, where we own the overall delivery and technology implementation.

POD Model

We provide dedicated Digital POD teams, based on clients' desired capabilities. The team works as per clients' direction & requirement backlog, and shares daily updates on the progress made.

Hybrid (Semi Agile) – Fixed Price

1. Discovery and Creative Design

Purpose of Discovery and Creative Design phase is to audit and understand current state, derive future state, and create UX designs that meet business goals.

2. Tech Design

Design and document solution architecture, requirements, test strategy, blueprints, and create a roadmap along with detailed plan for implementation.

3. Implementation (Two-week Scrums)

Implementation as per the defined project plan in the form of two-week scrums, demo product increment after every sprint, teams collaborate to complete the overall scope and backlog.

4. Hardening and SIT

End-to-end integration testing, regression testing performance and security testing, to get the application ready for UAT.

5. UAT & Cut Over

Clients perform the User Acceptance Testing, supported by defect fixed by our team, in parallel a cut over plan is created for launch.

6. Launch and Support

Final deployment of application and delivery of code to the client with and plan for warranty and support kick off.
