Who are we looking for:

Role: Technical Project Manager
Qualification: B. Tech (CS-IT) / MTech /MCA/MBA
Experience: 7-8 years
Location: Mumbai-Thane (Work from Office- 5 days) (Client Location)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as computer science, engineering, or information
    technology). A master's degree may be preferred for senior roles.
  • Proven experience of 6+ years as a Technical Project Manager, demonstrating successful
    delivery of complex technical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and
    tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
  • Should have working experience in Finance or Mobility industry projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with
    cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into non-
    technical language for various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate
    project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as general office productivity


Position Overview:

A Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution,
and delivery of technical projects within an organization. They play a crucial role in coordinating and
facilitating the activities of cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time,
within budget, and in accordance with the defined objectives.


Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analysis to identify potential project constraints and
  • Define project success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Team Coordination and Leadership:
  • Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and communicate project goals and
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional team meetings, ensuring effective collaboration
    and information sharing.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work
  • Manage and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during project execution.


Project Execution and Monitoring:
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and budgetary
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing
    any concerns.
  • Track and report on project metrics, KPIs, and key milestones, using project management
    tools as necessary.
  • Identify and manage project risks, proactively implementing mitigation strategies as needed.


Communication and Stakeholder Management:
  •  Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders,
    including executives, clients, and team members.
  •  Provide regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting
    achievements, challenges, and risks.
  •  Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, addressing concerns and
    providing timely resolutions.
  •  Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between project outcomes and
    business objectives.


Quality Assurance and Delivery:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet
    established standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of project outcomes, addressing any issues or
    defects promptly.
  • Coordinate project deployment and delivery, ensuring smooth transition and minimal
    disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and capture lessons


Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the project
    management framework.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and project management
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members, fostering their
    professional growth.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management practices and
    standards within the organization.
